yes, I have the skill mag required, I tried multiple different containers

I only was running with a handful of mods but I disabled them all and the issue persisted

I can only suggest replicating it without mods

Because I would highly suggest not using mods in an unstable beta version

Or at least not reporting bugs with them enabled
