#Host a server via Docker on NAS

I'm not an expert on this but I edited the .env file and changed the password. It says the next step is to "Run the docker-compose up -d command to start the server". How would I do that. Side note, i'm using a Synology NAS with Container Manager downloaded.
in the container manager app under container tab would I import the docker-compose.yml file?
Ok so I basically uploaded the whole folder to the docker folder on my NAS and under the Project tab in Container Manager I set the path to that folder. I then started the project once it was created and it started to build it in the "Terminal" but failed.
