Zomboid is freezing after few seconds on the main menu.

If I rush i can reach trait's screen but at some point zomboid will freeze and I won't be able to do anything, cursor changes to loading version then zomboid doesn't respond anymore

Can you screenshot your Task Manager when the game freezes?

100% disk usage when crashes

i recorded whole process from opening zomboid until freezes

before reaching 100% disk usage, it reached close to 100% memory usage

Thanks for the screenshot, this is a known issue at the moment, it is related to the PC running out of RAM, which spirals into terrible performance and sometimes crashes. We are working on a fix for it.

Thanks for the info, there are some specific issues that oldeer AMD cards have still, which is likely your case
