No new title screen + Game crash

Even though I selected the beta I don't get the new tittle screen and the game crashes after a few minutes running

The menus are new and I see the new UI but the game crashes

Did you have mods ? And if yes did you deactivate them all ?

Third clean reinstall and nothing

I would first suggest you go to “C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.

Same result. Not even the new title screen

In that case, can you check the Windows Reliability monitor for any ProjectZomboid application crashes there? If you do find any, can you share a screenshot of the Technical Details section so we can check the errors that show up there?

Hm, it looks like a standard app hang. Could you first try restarting your PC?

After that, double check that you are on the Unstable branch once you start Steam

Then try launching the game using the Alternate launch option
