I've been messing around with sprinters and the debug version, and noticed that zeds will still see and attack me, even if I supposedly have the ghost and/or invisible cheat enabled. Any help?

Just tested it with every other mod (except one that I needed because I spawned there) and it worked, the zeds no longer see me
now question is which mod could conflict with that

I unfortunately would not know as I do not use mods myself, you would likely need to do testing to find that
Generally removing half the mods is the fastest way, should not take longer than a few tries
