Sorry if this issue is perceived as easy to fix, I'm not very intelligent on this matter. I saw that the problem contained the keyword "Tsar" so I thought it had something to do with Tsar's Common Library, to which I disabled and enabled and that didn't work.

Reinstalled mods, it helped. I recommend you do the same, this is a common occurrence if the files are damaged

Okay it seems that by permanantly removing Tsar's Common Library from the mod, the issue has been solved. But I really want the mod for a few supported ones, is there any way I can still have that?
