As far as I am aware, Task manager only reports the used RAM, not the allocated RAM

You need to check the game logs instead

the logs show 10 allocated but dont use more than 3

Lag is mainly caused by either problematic mods, or the CPU and GPU being maxed out

60+ FPS basically all the time, and most of the time you are at 85

#

Which is very good performance

You lag at the prison because you honked the car and called a hundred zombies to that area

So the FPS will drop since its trying to calculate and render that

when im ate 120 fps it drops to 70 and cause lags

85 FPS is considered very good

You can get higher FPS if you zoom in closer, if that is what you are referring to as "before"

Or you can lower your resolution

Which means you render less, and get more FPS

just limited to 60 fps cant drop lower than that

im gonna try do a litle game with the 60 fps locked and i say how it goes
