I did a bit of nasty, I used cheats to terraform the outside of the base a bit to make it like a small swamp.

nice base, heres some suggestions:
-you could try and rebuilt the mansion, or remake it for junkyard or mechanics area in future
-a potential dock could be nice addition
-farm is needed, since its quite empty for now
-and most importantly, decorations for outside and inside, for example statues or water bowls for birds, a small garden or even maze could look great, maybe some flowers too. it all depends on you

So I decided to just move out entirely, start a new game too and I am loving this so far. Did a mini edit of the base by adding a little pond in the relay station just outside of Muldraugh,
Got a little base going, had to demolish the base of an antenna standing in the middle. Repurposed shed and built a house next to it , and made it into mini armory.
Haven't decorated anything much, just found a few pieces really that are worth taking , been busy building with mess around out of planks hahaha..
Got juicy sci fi crates too, and paint and painting material is stuffed in there too!
The interior is probably my most favorite part.
