#Friends game crashes as soon as he loads into a modded multiplayer server.

He plays on windows, and everytime we try to play modded, it never works because he crashes before spawning in. He can make his character and such, but cant get into the world. This doesn't happen in vanilla, his game works perfectly, but modded doesn't work. What can we do to fix this issue? Thank you.
