Black screen after hosting server

hello i was wondering if the changes ive made in my pc affects hosting a zomboid server
heres the tutorial that ive followed before to optimize my pc

I wont be able to use a dedicated server because i dont want to run my pc 24/7 and we only play in a random time at best

No, pz server doesn't use the graphics card so none of that will have any effect. Most of that video will have no effect or negative effect anyways.

ive posted here before with the same problem and i said that it finally worked but it was only once and i cant host it again

Oh I misread your post, I thought you were asking if those video setting would effect hosting a dedicated server, sorry about that.

If you have issues with mods, try disabling them one by one or in batches to figure out which specific mod is causing the problems.
Do it on a new save to to prevent any issues on your current playthrough as removing mods can cause items to be permanently deleted.
After you find out which mod is problematic, consider reporting the problem to the mod creator on their workshop page.

What kind of guide are you following? Are you installing a server on your own PC?

Nope i just searched up windows server 2019 and just blindly installed it i thought it was right

You can run a server on a standard Windows install

You only need the server if you are running on a server machine, which I assume you are not doing

You can use whatever machine for a server you want or have available

In the case of project zomboid, and other software, 'server' simply means that it's a piece of software that, while running, listens for incoming connections from other software (clients). Most computers are already running several servers all the time for various functions. You don't need any specialized hardware or software to run a server.

before starting the server "soft reset" "delete world" "delete character" are present

so ive been stuck in "loading world" or it just takes that long to start a server

also when my friend is joining they cant join through the join server nor inviting them

Do you have networking set up to allow their access to your server? Port forwarding from your NAT router, firewall access

where do u launch the server through the steam or the exe?

I use Linux, so neither, but I don't think you're supposed to launch it via steam

At the top of the instructions you linked before, it says:

is it possible to port forward without loggin in the router account?

No, if you don't have access to the router you could possibly work around it with something like himachi or similar virtual lan software... But it's usually much easier to just port forward if it's at all possible to get access.
