You can move the windows around exactly like you would a window in Windows. Grab the top and drag

You can also resize them to suit

I'll fire up the game and see if I can replicate. Never had a window that can't be moved before....

Me neither but the inventory is stuck for me

That locks the windows in the default place, which might be a problem if another mod is interacting with it

I definitely can't replicate here, but I have nothing that mods the inventory UI except for Proximity Inventory
