Coop master is not responding

If possible can someone help me figure out what is causing this? my friend and I can not host a world due to it and we cant figure out the error.
If either of us try to host, we can choose a spawn then create our character but when we click to spawn, it kicks us from our own server.

I'm assuming its a broken mod or conflict but i can not figure out which one or what conflicts

i think i posted the right log, if not let me know if its a different log needed

I just deleted the workshop folder that holds the workshop mods in the main zomboid folder to see if that helps in case its a bad mod install

It does not seem to specify any error there that would cause a host fail

I would recommend just starting a secondary server without mods to see if you are able to host that
