I've been working at this for over 5 hours and just can't find a solution, any ideas are accepted at this point

go to project zomboid properties on steam, then to instaled archives and then click on verify the integrity of game archives

steam will look for the archives and it will fix any missing archive

Navigate to the media folder as shown in the screenshot, then delete the "lua" folder there

After that, verify your file integrity

#

If that does not help, do a full reinstall of the server install files

i found my issue. it was mod related. for more info, read in there ^^
