#[Ubuntu] Server not responding (FIXED)

Hey, I think I've done every step mentioned in the PZ's wiki for setting up a server on ubuntu. It starts fine, files have been generated and I haven't noticed anything unusual in the logs.

However, after trying to connect to the server using the public IP it just prompts me "The server failed to respond" message. I've restarted the server multiple times, added all required ports, and so on without any success. I'd be grateful if someone could help me!

/edit: I'd also like to add that it's not my router port forwarding issue, as my friend also cannot connect.

ARM is for free as far as I am aware

Because some hosting services have special rules for UDP ports

#

For example, Hetzner uses a stateless firewall so you have to define every action otherwise it is blocked. You have to allow UDP connections to the ephemeral port range (32768-65535)

#

I am not familiar whether Oracle has something similar, but you can try adding that range and see if that helps?
