Try creating a new settings file with the default "servertest" name, do not change any settings there and then try hosting again

It looks like you might have a rare bug in that case, we do not have a fix for it in the current version, though some players managed to fix it by doing a lot of reinstalling and clearing the contents of the Zomboid folder, excluding the Saves folder

Other than that, I can only recommend running a dedicated server on your PC instead of using the Host function
