why are host mods not working?

when i add a mod to my host server they dont show up in game, any idea why?

Is it a locally hosted server or rented? And which mods in particular?

just spawn mods thats all, it's just hosted, i didnt click anything but the option host on the main screen.

Could you check if they are added under "mods" list and show up in "workshop" in the server settings? And you could check the mod's recommended load order or potential conflicts as well.

omg tysm? it was because i was adding the mods in mods not workshop section
