That is just the steamcmd.exe, which is the SteamCMD install tool, not the server

Can you elaborate on your issue so I can understand it better? What are you trying to achieve and what problem do you run into?

The batch files to start my server randomly vanished and I had those .delete and .old files in the folder

I was just restarting the server and when I closed the Command prompt, when I went to open the folder that contains the server batch file it was gone

You should redownload a new .exe and then reinstall the server files in that case

Would I be able to keep everyone's inventories and the map and all that?
