I'm hosting a local server for friends and for some reason, after removing some mods it no longer works. Error says the mod in question is fhqwhgads' Motorious Zone but I've only just subscribed to this; have never added it to the server mod list and have never ran the server with it.

I only have it enabled for my solo saves. Also using mod manager and mod manager server.

This would generally be caused if you have a modpack enabled on the server

Not using a modpack. As for mods, none that require fhq.

basically
server had mods
removed some mods from server (and uninstalled) that didn't work
installed new mods on my solo saves (such as fhq)

now for some reason it assumes that fhq is on my server modlist which it isnt
