Is the server yours? Is it dedicated or local?Is the error file part of a mod?

Assuming it is a mod file and everyone is encountering the issue but all the mods are installed correctly both on client and server you may have to turn off lua checksum and anticheat 21 in the server settings. This issue is pretty frequent with map mods and the only fix I know of is to do what I said above and then everything should work smoothly.
