hi, my friend was facing this issue only when joining multiplayer server. already try: unsubscribing all the mods in workshop, deleting the manifest and its offline files, verifying the game, and reinstalling the game. but the problem still persist.

to be exact the time when errors shows up is after the screen says "this is how you died". the normal ones should be showing "click to play"ish, but my friend game directly error and showing this

oh yeah one more thing: playing in vanilla and single player was working flawlessly. no error showing up

thank you for your attention, seeking for the help asap

If you have issues with mods, try disabling them one by one or in batches to figure out which specific mod is causing the problems.
Do it on a new save to to prevent any issues on your current playthrough as removing mods can cause items to be permanently deleted.
After you find out which mod is problematic, consider reporting the problem to the mod creator on their workshop page.

Not to mention your friend still use default heap size of 3Gb ... not really enough for 167 loaded nods

yep
Your friend have a default heap size of 3GB, but 16GB on this computer
He could try 6 or 8 gb instead

dunno why this file doesn't load at all, buffer size to read it should be adjusted to the right size
Is there a way to grab this file global_mod_data.bin from someone without this issue on your server and give it to your friend ?
