Error Message Fix?

my friend keeps getting this error when trying to rejoin. the game booted her out mid-play then says this. i've tried inviting her thru steam and she's tried just rejoining b/c we have the auo-create user in whitelist setting ticked. help:((

update: read a thread wjere the common sense mod updated and caused users some trouble. gonna restart the server client and see if that fixes it
