I have 500 hours and I figured out the problem I got scratched like a while ago and forgot about the 7% chance. I almost never get sick so thats why I was freaking out, I have super immune mod so I should be fine.

I was kinda shitting myself because this is probably my longest lasting character in over a year because I actually put forth effort to survive this long
