Are you locally hosting it through your machine? Or Using a dedicated server?

If it's a local host, it's pretty much the same as a solo save. Just find the mod and enable it in the server settings. Host > Manage Settings > Edit Selected Settings (Whatever you named the world) > Steam Workshop > Add An Installed Workshop Item To The List > Save > Start Server

Make sure you keep a copy of the list of mods you used

If it's a dedicated server with SteamCMD, you need to find the server.ini folder in Users > YourName > Zomboid > Server > At the bottom of every mod on the steam workshop, you'll find a Mod ID, and a Workshop ID. Mod ID goes on line 55 and Workshop ID goes in line 182 respectively. If you're renting a server from a provider, somewhere in those settings will be the exact same thing as SteamCMD
