Docile Zombies

I have recently purchased a 24 hour dedicated server and as I’ve been playing in the server all of the zombies are completely docile. Yelling or fighting them seem to attract them but they do not attack, I’ve tried looking for a setting that could change this but haven’t been able to find one.

What do you mean 24 hour dedicated server?

You mean 24/7 always on?

Or that its only up for 24hrs period?

How many resources did they give you?

I used apexhosting to purchase the server, and as for resources I’m not sure what exactly you mean if you don’t mind elaborating.
