Some of the crates at the checkpoint spawn 0 loot, large piles of crates with not 1 thing in it. Is this normal, if not how can I fix it

This is intended, some military areas are not supposed to respawn

not lik its not respawning its not spawning at all, is tate intended?

Depends, which area are you referring to? Do you have mods?

i have mods, britas and others, i am refering to the crates in louisville couth checkpoint, the ones not covereed by a tent

Do they spawn for you without mods?

With only the more spawns mod and on costom sandbox no changes except for no zombies things still do not spawn
