Wierd Line appearing in main menu.

Can anyone tell me if this Line appearing on the main menu is normal or not? I've included a screenshot and marked where the line is in red. it goes from the top all the way down to the bottom of the image. mabe someone could Check your game menu and see if it is there for you too? I checked screenshots of the main menu on google and couldn't find any with that line showing. I'm trying to figure out if something is wrong with my game or hw. Thank you so much for any help anyone may give. Also just in case your wondering my system specs are: ASUS PRIME b550-PLUS AC-HES motherboard, 16gb(2x8gb sticks of RAM) DDR4 3200mhz CL16 RAM, Thermaltake Smart series 600watt PSU, Ryzen 5 5500 CPU @ 3.6 - 4.2ghz, Gigabyte Nvidia RTX 3060 12GB OC edition GPU, MSI MAG series Coreliquid P240 AIO liquid CPU cooler, Phantek Metallicgear Neo-Air Chassis, my monitor is 25in 1920x1080p 144hz refresh rate 1ms(MPRT) 5ms(OD)(Grey to grey) pixel response time, Freesync/G-sync compatible Variable Refresh Rate RFI25CBA Viotek Reaper.

I'd Just like to and this by saying i had a friend reinstall the game and load up the main menu and it showed that black line just like it did for me. So i assume its either intentional or just a small bug, but either way it's not a sign my hardware is messed up so case closed. thanks everyone. if you have this issue, I hope this helps.
