What happens when you just wait? How long are you waiting? Can you check the logs?

I think I found it but I just don't know what I am looking at
and I had someone else ask me to share my logs.zip file which I have found but idk if it is safe to do so

How much ram are you providing to the server?

There still seem to be mods loaded in all your logs
I recommend you go to the Zomboid folder and delete the "mods" and "server" folders there
Then start a new server with the default settings

So I’ve removed those other files and I’ve been waiting for like 20 mins so far, I don’t think it’s working and I just did default settings and default server ram usage

As mentioned, I cannot help if the issue is mod caused, I can only recommend removing the mods
