Looks like a cabin near a lake, river or body of water. Definitely modded, but the high military-esk fence gives off the vibe of it being near Louisville

With the concreteso randomly put just as a square there and the fence seeming to not make mush sense being there, It seems to rugged to be how it normally is but who knows

I was gonna say trelai but the fronts of the houses arent covered in vines
it could also be the newer map called leavenburg (not totally sure on the name). Eerie county is out of the question since the aren't any residential areas with homes like that in it, same with trimble/la grange. It isnt ekron since there aren't 2 story home columns.
Ravencreek is also maybe possible, if you are in the southern part, to the left of where the giant cottages are, but The big house with the bench on the porch leads me to think otherwise
the layout looks familiar, but all my guesses that are based off of me maybe seeing them before, have the buildings the other way, horizontal instead of in a vertical line
