Cant Open The Game

I've tried verifying the files and everything, reinstalling, restarting my pc, but nothing is working

just went into settings to check, its Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz I beleive is the right thing

and this is RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

im not a huge computer guy so uh mb if im dumb

I pressed start but it never opens

yeah I just go to that in steam, then manage files right

Uninstall PZ from steam and let me know when its uninstalled

Go to your C:// drive

Then "users"

Then click into the profile you use on your PC

Tell me if you see a "Zomboid" folder in there

Click into that Zomboid folder

Send a screenshot of what you see

Okay back out of the "Zomboid" folder back into your main profile one

And then delete the entire zomboid folder. Only that one

So just completely delete the zomboid folder?

Now go back to steam and reinstall zomboid

Its going to take awhile to reinstall

Don't disrupt it or do anything else while its reinstalling

Let it run its own file verifications and everything
