I got 15 Mods on my server listed down below.
I bought it at g-portal.com and it got 9 gigabyte Ram. We are 3-4 players online and it uses all of the dedicated Ram. From what i can read its a bit sketchy and shouldnt use this much.
What do you guys think and do you have any suggestions to what i can do?

Noticed.
Is it possible to access the console as su/root user on that rented server? I run my own server, so I don't know. If it's possible, run the command...
[EDIT: REMOVED by Minken]
... to free up some RAM.

All good

Most likely they are looking at the admin stats in game, which is showing java's ram usage. It is different than what the OS thinks and even more different than Linux cache usage, and besides, Linux using up free ram (not really using up, it's still free for programs to use whenever they want) for cache is not a bad thing. There are only few very rare situations that you would want to force drop caches.

Good site to read, but again, it's not even relevant to the OP, since the memory usage shown in the admin stats is a whole other ballgame. Java is a VM itself and handles its own caching and stuff within its allocated memory space, so the OS might show Java using 5gb of ram but Java is only actually using 1gb and the rest is free, but only free to Java, not the OS. The stats inside admin window show those amounts. But again, same thing as like Linux, its not necessarily bad that it is using it all up. You want to pay attention to your FPS as a player on the server to really know if the server is performing well or not.

If it uses it all up immediately after server startup, or within a couple hours with no one playing, then that is probably an issue. BowlOfOodaLoops is probably right about the mod causing it.

Any other suggestions that i can do on a server where i do not have Root or therminal access?

@delicate elbow when the RAM climbs, what is happening in game?

Nothing, We can stay in base and it just steady climbs. When we was 2 players for 40 minutes we where just in base and it went from 4,5(Starts on this) to 7,5
