We don't really have a age requirement other than just being old enough to read the rules and to follow them.

Server is back up! Sorry that it took so long, huge config issues and compatibility issues but it's fixed and working now, this update has brought the following!
-New spawn locations
-New map locations such as Denver, seaside, Lake Ivy, Fort Rock, West Point expansion
As well as RV interiors and some new cars to work with that mod
