Zombies not attacking me

Ever since I put debug mode on and made a new game no zombies are attacking me

Thats because youre in god mode

you might be spawning in with ghost mode or invisibility enabled

turn off debug or open the debug menu, go to cheats, and disable ghost mode/invisibility

alright, im quite sure theyre off, ill try turning them off and back on

Its all the same when debug is enabled

god mode prevents all forms of damage

ghost mode disables all noise generated by your character and makes you invisible to zombies

invisibility makes you invisible to players only afaik

I disabled my cheat mods too

and it still isnt working

They hold their arms out like theyre going to attack but then just dont

Does the issue happen without any mods?

why tf did debug break it if I didnt even touch any of the debug options
