I downloaded the game from Steam, when I go to play whether in tutorial or solo, the game simply crashes on the loading screen

It's straight from Steam, I've also downloaded a pirated version to see if the error was on Steam, but both are like this, on Steam I've already uninstalled and installed it, checked the integrity of the files

Try launching the game using the Alternate Launch option when starting it through the Steam Library

Interesting, try editing your Environment Variables, you can use the Search bar to find them

In there, look for any variable with the -Xmx512 text

#

Select it and delete it

#

Then try launching the game normally

In that case, can you check the Windows Reliability monitor for any ProjectZomboid application crashes there? If you do find any, can you share a screenshot of the Technical Details section so I can check the errors that show up there?

There should be no differences between either drive except loading times

I cannot really figure out a permission issue unless you try starting it as an admin or wipe the drive
