it's probably something to do with your sandbox settings

nah, i havent changed them between characters and i always find at least 10 guns per spot.

guns are set on "extremely rare" which would always give me at least 10-15 guns between those 2 places

ive reset 3 times now with the same result. 3 guns and barely any ammo

as in 3 new characters on the same save or 3 new saves

yea i have no idea what happened, ive been trying to figure it out since last night.

yea i doubt it. im still finding ammo and guns in safehouses though

just hit the military barracks by the warehouses outside muldraugh and didnt find a single gun lol wtf
