when i launch the game steam says that game is running but there is nothing on the screen that's launching
(i've played the game for 3.5 hours without opening the game 💀)

Can you try using the "Alternate launch" option when launching the game through Steam? If the game fails to start again, can you share your console.txt file, found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?

i did everything i could, i tried alternate launch, i verified files almost 4 times so far, i reinstalled the game retry everything again

nothing changed

Generally for laptops, the Balanced Plan should be used

It is most likely a problem with the graphics card then, since your PC is below the minimum requirements as far as I can see
