What are the Mac OS specifications / model?
I know that my software is up to date, it on the latest update. I already tried that.
My computer is not the Mac OS laptops, it the 2019 max computer.
I’m assuming you also need the computer specs?
That would be preferable.
Did you also try running the game in Compatibility Mode?
You can select it when launching through Steam
Yes I have already tried that. Gave me the same issue.
Does any console window with errors show up?
Could you check if a "Zomboid" folder exists in your Home folder?
As in, you do not see any folders there, or do you not see the specific folder?
There is no specific folder.
In that case, try going to "ProjectZomboid/Content/MacOs" and drag the "javaLauncher" to your Mac Console
Then run it
It should give you output with errors if done right
Where should I even be looking for project zomboid? I can’t find it in finder( the file manager for Mac)
But the game is installed.
It would be the game install folder
You should be able to easily open it through the Steam Library > Right Click the game > Manage > Browse Local Files
This is all that comes up.
I don’t see any content folders or anything.
Unfortunately I do have to leave my computer for a while because I have school. Is it ok if i can come back to this at a later time?
Thats fine, what happens when you doubleclick Project Zomboid?
Drag that app into the console then
Hello, I am now available and would like to see if we could continue trying to get my game running. I would also like to apologize for leaving this morning as I had school.
Should I ping or somthing? I don’t know. Sorry for being impatient and immature but I’m really eager to play the game.
