It depends on your settings
At first pass... yes...
But adding big remake mods like britas weapons mid save is not advised. It can break or corrupt a save

well my settings are made so that the game would be easier for me and my friend, a couple of the major ones would be loot rarity being lowered from rare to normal, and loot respawning every 2 hours and max being 4
