How do i switch the build 23 to fix this?

Zomboid folder is automatically created in C. So it has to be there unless you moved it. Again, it's not the same folder you are trying to find in Steam folder. It has to be in your User folder

i think i found it but there is just a couple hundred things about map and chunk data
