You just need to copy the contents of the Save folder in the backup to the Save folder of the server
Including the "db" folder
Saves go to the Saves folder and the contents of the "db" folder go also in the save folder

The contents of that is your server
You copy the contents from the backup save, to that save folder
And the contents of the db folder as well, since other files are saved there

then the servername
You copy the contents from there, to C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid\Saves\Multiplayer\servername
Because you want to copy the backed up save, to your actual multiplayer save
