UI present but black screen :: Project Zomboid Support

As the title said my UI is present and I can move around/drop and pick items up but I can't see anything except for when I first load in https://imgur.com/a/vCGesJL

As said in the chat, I would need more info than just the screenshot, since this literally tells me nothing

Does it happen on loading, does it happen when starting a new game, does it happen on a server, in singleplayer? Does it happen without mods?

it happens on singleplayer and with mods
i should try with mods off rq
but even corrupt file checking mods and game files didnt help

A test without mods would be very useful yes

i have the pillows randomized spawns and foragingz which im leaning towards foragingz causing issues but idfk why
