My gpu usage jumps to 100% all the time for no reason. I have good gpu so it's impossible that the game can take 100% of my gpu but it seems like it does. I tried changing in game settings, nvidia settings, I have the latest drivers. I experience game stuttering almost all the time and no matter what fps I lock, the game uses 100% of the gpu and I get the stutters...

It's also weird because GPU temperature and fan speed stay like the gpu is not even used

10 years can be taxing, but you should be good
But, some mods require that you do certain things in your settings to make it work properly.

In your Task Manager, if you go to your proccesses what do you have running that is taking almost all of your CPU and RAM usage.
Is it just PZ?

Sounds like a memory leak if the game is making your usage 100%.
You could try launching the game with the alternative launcher to see if that effects it
If it doesn't, I think it might be a memory leak

Idk if it's worth noticing but when using rivatuner it shows around 10% gpu usage

Also around 3GB of VRAM is used when in game

The game keeps leaking memory so it will continue to use more and more memory until it max's out your CPU

Select the game, and Steam should have a little cog icon in the right, select that, and it should give you the option to do that

Probably just giving your gpu idle tasks so it’s ready to load in a bajillion zombies
