Yeah and turning off texture compression, turning off corpse shadows, making everything gave simple clothing & weapon textures, turning off dynamic skybox, turning off puddles, unrendering rain/snow, etc

@dusty anchor maybe pushing the graphics and performance settings into the ground like I recommended might help a bit
But otherwise I'm unsure how to help ya forward on your PC

im not gonna respond anymore because i dont want to blow up the post with unrelated stuff but for me it was not at all a waste of money considering i spend a significant amount of time on it and dont want to have to suffer from technical issues like i have with past hardware. like i said, do what you want with your money. i am happy with the way ive spent it
