yes it is. I saw cars go into fences in my vanilla singelplayer

The console txt file can be found in User/User/Zomboid.

look I delete that singelplayer file should I make a new one and screenshot? its always happing for me in the riverside carspawning

What did you delete?

You don't need to delete anything. You need to create a new vanilla save, screenshot the issue if it happens in vanilla as well, and share the Console txt file here.
