Loot respawning from 12pm to 12am GMT today. It will be Abundant rarity for all and then after this spawn day, some item rarity go from the current default Common to Normal. It will spawn every 2 hours and stack up if areas are left alone long enough for multiple spawns to occur.

Power Restoration event is almost completed - Power should be restored by tomorrow evening at the latest.

Abundant loot spawn will be running all weekend from tonight at 9pm until Sunday 9pm (GMT). Loot will spawn every 4 real hours during this time.

Zombie spawns have also been slightly increased and combined with plenty of looot and the powergrid being back on, now's a great time to join and get that 'fresh start' feeling in a lived in, immersive world!

Hi Falcon, yes it's pretty active and it's got 6 months worth of player base building across the map, a lot of people ready to welcome or group up with new survivors 🙂

The powergrid is now back online and will last for a few months at least!
Abundant Loot Spawn has been active since Friday night, with spawns every 4 hours. Loot spawning will stop at 12am tonight. Spawns will return to "Common" rarity or lower, especially for more vital items.

Hi @teal river The water is not on, only the power is on and will remain on for a good while. Some survivors have set up raincatchers and plumbed them in to random buildings around the map, handy for travellers to stop by and drink at! The Horde events are often held at the Louisville main bridge and next one will be Wednesday this week

^ I told you why in the ban message. The very first thing you did was disregard the rules and say "rules are 4 nerds". You came across as very immature and multiple people reported you were randomly making "mom jokes" and being rude to them or others in-game. Then when someone joined and asked for a Discord role, you told them "no.". There was no indication that you were joking and nobody took it that way.

As I said, nobody took it as a joke. You came across extremely immature and rude, I don't want people like you on the server, you don't fit in with welcoming and community vibe we have. Saving people from having to deal with your immaturity and attitude is not a power hungry move or childish.

Also correct, it's not your job to give out roles, so rudely just saying "No." to a new player that had just joined was all I needed to see to know you aren't suitable for the server. You disregarded the rules and if you'd bothered to read them you'd have seen the bold text that states there is a zero-tolerance policy on bs and being rude to other players. There's a reason it says in bold to read the rules first at the top of this post. You only have yourself to blame.

Hi, "Vanilla" in gaming just means base game, no mods.

The power can be set to go off at any point/day and is part of the vanilla sandbox settings. It's done as a community event and enables players to join "late" and still get a bit of the 'early game' feel.
I also add new wrecks for salvage, new vehicles in spawn towns and various other events that I wouldn't say make it less vanilla in anyway. The server itself is "100% Vanilla" in the sense of having no mods and it is mentioned later in the post that there are adjustments to the settings, to loot spawns, zombies spawns and that there are "dynamic events/supply drops" etc. But they are all done within the Vanilla/Base game without any mods.

It also helps differentiate between the servers that advertise as "Vanilla" or "Vanilla+" but then have a few QoL mods. A lot of people would join regardless of the Vanilla tag and still ask if I had X mod or why I didn't have X mod, so I changed it to say "100% Vanilla" a while back.
