I have a GTX 3070, saw all of the same posts on reddit about this issue. Verified integrity of files, restarted pc, redownloaded graphics cards, reverted, updated gpu, nothing works.

For anyone having this issue. Please rollback your Nvidia Driver. Apparently, it's the new driver. I just rolled back, and everything seems fine.

Confirming Relical's solution worked! 3070 user here; driver rollback to 531.61 nvidia drivers fixed the issue for me.

if that just sends you to the default driver select page, select 531.61 from the page, and manually install it there.
When installing, do a Clean Install through the checkbox.
it'll do the rest 🙂

Just popped in to say it fixed my zoom issue and an issue i had where i would crash by punching a zombie
