We have the port open - we've double,. and triple-checked. But players joining gain an error message, and people cannot connect without steam relay; trying tno do so either times them out, or the server forces them to remake their characters.

Is it a dedicated server - basically you can remotely access it

So far, when attempting to login to the sever without steam relay

It causes massive issues

Extreme lag; inability to join without crashing at times
