Not as in you go and manually spawn everything but as in when you see there isnt enough loot you turn on loot respawn then off again

well, if I can pitch in, as a guy who used to run a server.
Manual is too labour intensive. I used to run a server with Ridiculously Rare mod, with peaks of 18 players in-game.
We set respawn rates every 3 IRL days, and everybody was happy. But yeah, mine was kind of hardcore 🙂
