I can't start a server with mods. It stucks on intializing screen

Initializing = Downloading mods

Let them finish downloading

its been hours and it still couldnt manage to create the server

Did you perhaps cancel the initialization at any point in that case?

Since you might have corrupted the mods if you did that

Can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?

I did and probably some of the mods are might be corrupted

In that case, try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and delete the “steamapps” folder found there. Then launch the server again and let it initialize.

Depending on the amount of mods and your internet speed, it may take hours
