Anyone know why this could be happening? Only happened to one person.

As far as I know, it is not possible to spawn there

In which case, do you have any mods enabled that allow for that?

Likely would be an issue with them

Not really, I do have mods though

#

but what happened was is they completed their character and it skipped the spawn select location

#

and they were plopped in Louisville

#

once they died, they were able to select their spawn

I would recommend looking into the mods if it happens again then
