2 friends regularly crashing and with poor performance of the game

So basically 2 of my friends i'm playing with have constant crashes with the game, while another one have 0 issues with it, and is the one with worse pc by far so i think that's not an option. Any ways to solve this? I don't think it's related to the server i'm hosting but with the game (?) idk any help is really appreciated!

Could they share the Console txt file found in User/User/Zomboid after the crash?

My friend is trying to find the file but we don't know what is the exact file we are searching, is it on User/steam/steamapps/common/ProjectZomboid ?

Did they do anything with Java on their PC or probably have minecraft installed ?
"OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space" is a common error when people do

one of them i think has minecraft yes, does he have to uninstall it in order to fix it? the other one doesn't, we are waiting for him to crash to send another console.txt

Uninstalling it would not help, you would have to reset your Java environment variables

Alternatively, you can use the "Alternate Launch" when starting the game from Steam

That should fix the issue as well

okay will send them that so they try that! one of them seems to be working with the Alternate Launch but the other one still have crash problems, tysm for the help!
